If you choose to contact Board members via e-mail, please note the following guidelines:
If you email the Board of Education, all Board members will receive your email. You will receive one response from the Superintendent on behalf of the Board. The Board president or designee may respond on behalf of the Board.
If your e-mail concerns a daily or operational issue, it will be forwarded on to the appropriate administrator for a response.
Unless an email addresses an individual student matter or is otherwise statutorily protected from disclosure, emails to the Board or its individual members are considered to be a form of public comment and may be shared with others as the Board deems appropriate or as otherwise required.
If you choose to e-mail a specific Board member, please include your phone number for a response. If the Board member chooses to respond in e-mail format (though not obligated to do so), it may be copied to all members of the Board and the superintendent.
